Baragonta Luxury Hotel & Resort Villa approached Reinovação to help capture their unique design concept consisting of hotels, lodges, resorts & villas. They needed a company with the ability to embody their concept and help turn the vision into a functional design, guide the project to fruition and provide the framework and expertise to build the touristic ecosystem.
Reinovação took on the challenge, to not only help capture and design the dream but embark on an environmental-friendly approach, utilizing a creative and cost-effective construction process with proven and innovative methodologies for blending the old and new architecture to capture the artistic expression of the client.
Casa Fonti Billa
In casa Fonti Billa, Reinovação was tasked to create an open-concept facility that can serve as a small hotel and a private vacation home.
Working side by side with the customer, Reinovação designed a functional dual-use facility that offers all the amenities of a 5-star hotel, while simultaneously serving as a private vacation home, allowing the two functions to coexist harmoniously.
Casinha Nova
Given the high cost of city living and real estate space, the customer of Casinha Nova reached out to Reinovação to help create a functional design space on a limited piece of land, to serve as an Airbnb suitable for a family on vacation.
Reinovação was able to create and construct a comfortable design space for the customer, taking advantage of the city and ocean view, allowing customers to utilize the space without feeling the impact of the limited space.
VidaRosa
Given its waterfront locale, coupled with building restrictions and design limitations, the investors for the project needed a company with the ability and expertise to navigate through the various design challenges to capture, design, and outline the construction process required for approval.
Reinovação accepted the challenge and delivered a unique design suited for the location, meeting all the requirements.
